searching for the perfect bubble bums

If, while perusing your blog stats, you discovered that someone had found your site via the search engine terms “bubble bums” what would you do? If you are like me you would:

  1. chuckle.
  2. google it immediately.
  3. search through 15 pages of booster seats, male buttocks surgery implants, advice on achieving a bum like Beyonce and all manner of sites dedicated to cataloging said bums to finally find the link to your own humble blog.
  4. marvel that someone looking for the perfect bubble bum reference would be intrigued enough to click on your link – although I can imagine that the excerpt shown below would be titillating for someone on this particular quest.

I wonder if they were disappointed?  Alas, they didn’t leave a comment so we’ll never know.

I love the internet.

  1. Hilarious, Heather. Your tenacity and super-sleuthing prowess impress.
I love the internet, too. How random things connect us with random people and their random interests and desires.

Our Bubble and Squeak entry with our Fancy Bums. Love it.

And. I would like to know the link to getting a bubble bum like Beyonce, please.

    • It’s all your doing Colleen. If you hadn’t coined the phrase “get your bum fancy” and then shared your bubble and squeak experience this would never have happened. Awesome.

I just googled bubble bums again and now we’re on the first page with this post. Too funny. I’ll be interested to see if anyone checks it out.

  2. How funny! I don’t actually get it though. Where did the bubble part come in. Was it a combo of prosecco and fancy bum conversations we have had?

  3. Ok now I get it… just read Colleens comments. Bubble and squeak. I’ve always thought I had a bubble butt, however now mine is more like a saggy water balloon.

  4. HA!! I knew that Bubble & Squeak thing would get you guys in some kinda trouble eventually, never mind your bum banter. How funny!
