From the Jolly Green Giant in Minn, to the ranches of Wyoming, to the Badlands of South Dakota, to our first house in Boise, ID, to the stage door of the theater where I directed my first play…our roadtrip of life’s ordinary adventures is proving to be truly extraordinary.

And. I’m finally joining my sisters in graduating from the C25K program. Tuesday morning, Park City UT.  In an area that was part of the Olympic Village in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Extraordinary.

  1. Oh wow! Love the photos – especially the way you framed the green giant. Awesome. The one of you at the stage door is great. Your arms do Tracy Anderson proud.

I think I need to know more about this Corn Palace.

Also, please bring your super cute top with you this summer so I can try it on. Oh, that reminds me, I need to get those purses out so you can take them with you along with your books.

And last but not least CONGRATULATIONS! So cool to finish in the Olympic Village.

    • The top is from Target. The necklace is from you. Tracy Anderson is def helping on the arms.

      The Corn Palace….well, look it up. It’s a drive-by. It’s not even a drive-by, really.

      Thanks!

  2. Great photos. Where is that one that looks like the moon? I want to go there. Love the pic of your old house..sigh. Your pictures really show how fantastically diverse and beautiful America is. I’m homesick.

I haven’t posted anything in two weeks. On a very dry spell. Need a vacation. Bad.

    • That’s the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. You would love it.

Nothing like a vacation to get your dry-spell lubricated. (eww). Soon!

  3. Wow … two Mitchell Corn Palace and Wall Drug sightings in one day!! I’m tracking a friend who is riding across America via bicycle. Congrats on the C25K graduation. It was a big deal for me as well.

    • I bet there are a lot of us who do the Corn Palace and Wall Drug in one day. The emphatic signs are hard to resist. Good luck with your running, love your blog.

  4. Hey, congratulations Official Runner graduate #3 ! And the Corn Palace is… it’s so… unremarkably remarkable 😉 Like my Cheeto Jesus in Oregon. You just never know what you’ll see in new places!

You guys are just Slideshow animals!
